Firstly, to be clear that I bought this with my own money, bought in France. I was skeptical as had not heard of Eufy (under Anker) before. However, upon receiving the product, I can say the following: The product is very, very well engineered and thought through, surprisingly solid construction, each part slots perfectly together into a tight package. The overall look and feel gave me confidence this is a proper and serious product (rather than a gimmick). I have 95% hard floors and the cleaning performance has been eye opening in that I genuinely did not think my already clean apartment could look and feel much cleaner, and it now does. My false wood flooring a titles are visibly brighter. The floor feels clean under foot. I have been in contact with the support team and they responded quickly with a solution. The software is very good, and obstacle avoidance is incredibly good. Sometimes I see it navigate under particularly tight spaces and it blows my mind. I think this is the best robovac available right now, definitely for hard floors. No robovac is perfect, and I'm certain better versions will come in the following years, but it seems Eufy are on the right trajectory and I will be first in line for their next latest and greatest product.
